Recently I ordered a plane called the Idol from hobbyking...well...it didn't turn out too well. It was my first balsa plane and, needless to say, I broke a couple pieces not realizing how fragile it really was. Not wanting to cover the already shotty job with an equally bad monokote layer...I just made the wings out of foam! It looked greater than I thought it would, and will look even better with I nice nitro green paint scheme:) I will be doing a build log on it soon so...Stay tuned!
